In 2011, non-profit organization, Desert Paws became Advancing the Interests of Animals (AIA) with the expanded mission of improving the lives of animals and encouraging increased compassion and respect for all living beings. AIA is dedicated to the belief that all animals, domesticated and wild, deserve to be treated with compassion and respect.

In addition to working with CVAC, AIA has many volunteer opportunities to help animals in the Valley and around the world. Please contact us if you would like to become an AIA volunteer.
